RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

We only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@theflune.com.

Important Note: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for bulk orders. These orders are processed only after confirmation and receipt of a government-issued ID.


2. INSPECTION AND REPORTING

Upon receiving your shipment, we strongly recommend:

• Inspecting the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage.
• Reporting any damage to the merchandise within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may disqualify you from receiving a replacement.


3. PRODUCT VARIATIONS AND GUIDELINES

• The actual product may have slight variations from the web mockup.
• We provide detailed product descriptions on our website.
• Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order to avoid discrepancies.


4. RETURN PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Include the original invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID.

Items that are washed, worn, or used will not be accepted.


5. RETURN PROCESSING AND REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
• If rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you.


6. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
• Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this period has elapsed, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed for shipping.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at customerservice@theflune.com with your order details. If your cancellation request is successful, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

You may request changes to your order (such as address updates or product modifications) within 24 hours of placing it. However, we do not guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed. We reserve the right to process your order as originally submitted.

To request an order modification, please email us at customerservice@theflune.com with your order details. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.


9. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• Your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time (7-10 working days).
• Your order is not delivered at all.

Refunds will not be provided for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection. If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at customerservice@theflune.com with relevant details and supporting evidence
(such as tracking information).


10. RETURNS POLICY

If you have received your order and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please complete the return request form available in our Refund Policy. We do not accept return requests via email.


11. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Orders that have already been processed and shipped (unless they qualify under section 10).
• Products returned without prior approval through our return request form.
• Orders where cancellation or modification was requested after the 24-hour period.
• Items with size issues.

Please select your size carefully before placing an order. If the size does not fit, we encourage placing a new order.
